The exact schematic of JDM programmer I use is shown below

Pin numbers on the schematic are for 9-pin D-connector. I use IC-prog software
v1.05d available from http://www.ic-prog.com
with this programmer and it works fine if "Windows API" is selected
in hardware setup menu.
